Join Noah Krol and Kathlyn Hossack for an afternoon of somatic breathwork.
Somatic breathwork is an intentional rhythmic breathing technique that helps facilitate a deep unwinding of the nervous system. This form of breathwork is often described as a cathartic release of stored tension, pain and trauma within the body/mind and can be supportive in opening the door for deeper levels of processing and integrating.
This practice is accessible to everyone. We will be prioritizing a small group format for this session to allow personalized facilitation for those attending, so space is very limited.
Please bring a water bottle, blanket and a journal.
