Yoga offers us the opportunity to evolve and change. As we step into a new season we feel ready for something a little different!
let’s play yoga BINGO.
a new chance to grow rogue.
You’ll have 40 days to complete 25 unique tasks on your way to a full BINGO card.
Some of these will be achieved simply with your regular practice,
while others might require you to try something new, change your habits, and grow.
You can expect workshops, special events, and prizes during this challenge.
oh yeah and FUN … this challenge is not to be missed.
what can I expect?
Challenge Kickoff - the spring equinox - our day of 108 birds.
March 20th | 9:30am , 12:00pm , 5:00pm , 6:30pm
Join Matt & Jess throughout the day as every class will have a focus on bird themed yoga postures. They plan on doing 108 of them throughout the 4 classes, how many will you join in for?
Flight PREP - open to all levels
March 26th | 5:00pm | 75min
Join Matt and learn more about the joints that help support us in preparing to FLY.
Sun Salutation Deep Dive - open to all levels
April 1st | 5:30pm | 75min
A workshop with Jess designed to deepen your understanding around the core of our Vinyasa practice - the Sun Salutation.

You will have an unlimited pass for the full 40 days, but showing up every single day is not required. Although we would always love to practice with you

Depending on what type of pass you currently have there are two options for our grow rogue challenge.
Option 1 - $180
This is for anyone who does not currently have an unlimited pass and wants to join.
Option 2 - $45
This is for anyone who already has an unlimited pass and wants to add on to join the challenge.

The price of this challenge covers a few things;
-free entry to challenge workshops and special events (detailed above)
-prizes for completion of your Bingo Card (up to $210 value)
-your own custom BINGO card that will live at the studio during the challenge

there is also plenty of significance to the number 40 in various cultural and spiritual beliefs.
the one that resonates with us the most speaks to the length of time to break old habits (20 days), and form new habits (20 days).
