With 20 years of personal practice and 4 years of teaching experience, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for yoga to every class. Trained in a variety of yoga styles, Amanda encourages students to explore their own capabilities with curiosity, openness, and playfulness. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Amanda fosters a safe, supportive environment where students are invited to challenge themselves, have fun, and deepen their connection to both body and mind.

Her classes emphasize the importance of listening to the body, cultivating mindfulness, and allowing room for exploration and growth. Above all, Amanda believes that yoga is for everyone, and strives to create an inclusive space where all can feel seen, respected, and empowered in their practice.
