We start with some yoga in the sand and stay for some sunshine and time with friends. An awesome way to meet and connect with your yoga community.

What should you bring?

-sun protection - for eyes and skin

-snacks

-comfy beach wear

-a yoga mat / and/or blanket

This is a FREE event

Invite your friends - they don’t have to be Rogue members, but we would love to meet them!

Directions

Head to the Grand Beach - you will find us at the EAST beach side

We will be sure to be visible and wave, look for the crew with yoga mats and big smiles
